Hello! My name is Tobiasz, I'm from Poland. I am a third year psychology student at University of Warsaw. I've been learning English for some years, although it's not ideal, I can easily communicate. I also knew some words in german, french, russian. Currently I'm learning Italian. This summer I plan to go on a hitchhiking trips to Barcelona with my beloved girlfriend Oliwia. Last summer we've been on a trip like this to Berlin and it come out great. Unfortunately, I can't freely host guests, because I'm living in a students house.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I want to start my couchsurfing experience, because I've been on an school exchange few years ago. I realized then, that every travel can be a lot more enjoyable, when you meet local people. To live as a inhabitant of another place on earth for awhile, it's a great thing. Only after this, you can truly tell, that you know anything about country, you've visited.
Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of music. It's very hard for me, to just write here some bands. I like psychodelic rock, neopsychodelia, blues, jazz, new wave, alternative music, rock avant-garde and others. I think that my favorite musicians at the moment are Flaming Lips, The Beatles, Depeche Mode, Velvet Underground, Republika (polish new wave band, very good), Led Zeppelin and many others. I like movies too, I enjoy Tarantino's work, I'm fond of some classics like 12 angry men or Scarface.

We can talk about arts, architecture, movies, music, politics. And of course I will be happy to share with you my knowledge about Poland and other places I've visited.
My Interests
I dream about seeing as many stunning places, as it is possible. I like science, I read some popular science magazines. One of my passions is architecture. I love art of any kind, but architecture is what i like most. Watching gothic cathedrals, rural houses, modern skyscrapers and many others - i can do this all the time. One of my favorite cities is Warsaw, I like it very much. I'm into politics, I've been taking part in few oxford debates in my town.
