Hi Fellas, I am Twiki, I rent out my room for certain days/ weekly/ monthly for traveler and backpackers. The room is very nice and clean with fully-furnished; queen bed, newly painted, aircond, long mirror, table desk, chair, wardrobe, long mirror, and big fan. The bathroom is shared bathroom. The guest can use the washing machine, kitchen, living room, and dinning room. If you wanted to bring along your pets also allowed, and smoking is allowed in the balcony. The facilities of this condominium is the swimming pool, gym, bbq place, etc. all you can use it as well. Per day it costs 49RM. if you plan to stay for weekly I give you discount 5%. if wanted to stay monthly I give you discount 10%. By the way, I am a student in Malaysia.
