Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I use hostels, and air bnb, and figured it was time that I try couch surfing. Many friends and members of my family have tried it and had great success! I would love to be hosted, but if that isn't possible, the idea of hang out with a local who can show me some gems is super appealing! When I travel I prefer to see local restaurants, or cafes away from the touristic stuff!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I volunteered with the company ProjectsAbroad in Peru in the Amazon Rainforest on a conservation and animal rehabilitation centre. This trip opened my eyes to nature, different cultures, foods and I met some amazing people from all over Europe with whom I'm still close! This spurred a love of travel, and making connections.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Hopefully I can share some tips about London as I lived there 2 years, and maybe some tips about other places I've seen!
My Interests
I love music and seeing local shows. I love to go to gardens and conservatories. Reading is a past time I like to take part in as well. AND FOOD. I also love gastronomy of new countries! One of my favourite things to do in new countries is to eat! I love trying new things and eating like locals do!
