After a long day's work, I greatly enjoy sharing thoughts or opinions, while preparing pasta and drinking a fresh beer or fine wine with some friends at home. I consider myself as a typical French epicurean, with a German mind and an italian romantic heart. I do care a lot about our planet. I try to be a good eco-citizen : recycling, saving food, water, energy, materials etc... And I expect guests behaving the same way at my place. I dislike manichaeism, narrow thinking, wooden cutlery and parsley. One of my dreams would be to board on an old sailboat with three mats for a sea cruise.
