Makati is the Central Business District so unless you like looking at buildings, upscale malls, besides the Ayala Museum it isn't really noteworthy. I suggest going to Intramuros if you haven't been. Visit Casa Manila, Bahay Tsinoy, Fort Santiago. In the late afternoon you can go up to the roofdeck of Bayleaf Hotel to view the sunset and for a nice skyline view of Metro Manila.
