Hi! What is your favourite spot for some drinks?
Those hidden jewels away from tourist traps haha

Hey ya, there are loads of different bars with different feels. Kelly's Cellar is a cavernous pub that plays traditional Irish music. Lavery's has more of a young person feel to it. But my favourite is in the Union street gay quarter of the town. There are funny drag queens on with competitions and karaoke.
Hey there! Kelly's and Lavery's are definitely great as an introduction to Belfast drinking as the fellow up top says, but they are well-known as most tour guides recommend them to visitors. If you're into ales I suggest Bittle's Bar next to Victoria's Square and Brewbot on Ormeau Road. If you're going out in the Cathedral Quarter you might also want to check out The Spaniard as a fine example of a traditional Belfast pub, though I suggest going early because it's a tiny place and will be filled up later in the evening. And if you want to get dressed up and go somewhere swanky for cocktails I recommend The Perch on Franklin Street, but it's pricey and you might just want to go for a couple drinks then head to Lavery's :)
Thank you very much Padd and Gaia, your tips are really welcome and we'll make sure we check them out!
