I need some help!

I have decided over the summer to come to visit my husband who recently starts to work there, so we are looking for an acommodation for two people, for more or less one month length, from mid-july (around 18.7.) till mid-august (around 13.8.), in the Chrlice-Turany area.
We are looking for a small house or flat to rent in the area of Chrlice, Turany or Slatina. 2+kk, around 40 m2 would be enough. The accommodation can be even without furniture, we only need a kitchen equipped with basic appliances. We would also need the owner to accept pets, as we do have a dog and a cat. Due to this, it would be perfect if the house/flat has a small terrace. Any kind of information would be helpful. <3
