Hi everyone,

My wife and I are in Cape Town from the 4th of June.

We will stay there for 3-4 days and leave for a road trip for a week along the Garden route. We plan to cover L'Agulhas, Mosselbay, Knysna, Plettenberg, Oudtshoorn, Addo and finally end at Port Elizabeth.

We have rented a sedan and have two free seats. We'd love to have another couple of folks join us on the road trip. Will be great to have company and make some friends.

Hi guys! My husband and I will arrive in Capetown on June, 12 for two weeks. We want to visit Capetown (2 days) - Stellenbosch - Plettenberg bay (2-3 days) - Port Elizabeth (2 days) then we are going to fly from Port Elizabeth to Durban for trekking in Drakensberg, then we'll go to Ballito. But we don't know how can we do that because we have no driver's license :-) Maybe somebody wants to rent a car with us and travel together. I'm assured it will a really good trip!

I am planning a solo trip to South Africa during mid-July & trying to figure out some vague logistics. I am unable to find information on buses to Drakensberg but I would really LOVE to go there. Does anyone have some tips and tricks?

From what I've read, it looks like the Baz Bus goes into Northern Drakensberg & also has a shuttle to Southern. However, it isn't South African owned. I aim to support local businesses throughout my travels so I would prefer to use alternative methods but may have to end up using if there aren't other busses as I don't drive :( Unless some other people are planning a trip there too?????

Ive found North Coast Runner so far (i havent brought my registry). Does anyone recommends some other way? Its Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park worthwhile, if im visiting later Addo and maybe Kruger

Hey everyone, I'm planning on arriving in South Africa beginning of december. I had the idea of doing the panorama route and Kruger and then bus or rent a car to drive down to Cape town, I don't want to do the drive alone, and why not make it a fun roadtrip ?`So if you guys want to join or have any ideas, they are more than welcome !
