French Food and Culture Journalist in Cesis
Hello!
I'm touring around Latvia, promoting the country while speaking about food, culture and nature. I'll be in Cesis tomorrow, until monday. I'd be happy to know if you have some local tips to share : cafés, restaurants, shops, places to see.
