My old landlord has a few properties in the downtown area. He was fabulous and I highly recommend him! His rent is a few hundred dollars cheaper than comparable units just a block or two away...

I'm also looking in the springs/the surrounding cities for affordable rent. I'm currently paying $600 a month but I realize that's not easy to find in Colorado. Still, anything close to that would be most welcome! I'm open to Fountain, Manitu, Monument, etc.
