Hi Tatiana there's a Facebook page called second hand bikes in Copenhagen where you can look there.
In multiple facebook groups you will find many 2 hand bikes, as well as on dba.dk There is a app from Danish Police to check frame numbers, so you wouldn't buy stolen bike. (https://itunes.apple.com/dk/app/politi/id805575005?mt=8) Otherwise, you can find new bike on sale in bilka for 1200-1500 DKK

The police had previously auctions themselves. Now they are selling via the private auction site Lauritz, where there are also others selling cheap bikes. Try searching the website with the word "cykel". At the moment I see a bike where the bid is currently DKK 300.
I’d say that the police auctions are best if you are able to fix up the bike a bit yourself afterwards :)
Word of caution that I did not include in my inital comment: Many of the bikes are in a "difficult" state, e.g., lock with no key. Others with missing lock, flat tire or without a bike saddle! You would need to translate the description of the individual bike to understand the issues and/or possible go to the showroom in Herlev. The bikes sold by the police will usually come with no key for the lock, so you would need to add a lock to the price. If it is locked then you would need to get tools to fix that.
I also have two bikes that are not used, that Id be glad to sell :)
