Please help, trying to get a birth certificate while abroad.
Hi, I have a bit of a dilemma. I am from Connecticut but living in Colombia and I need an apostiled birth certificate ASAP. The only options I find are "as low as" 125 dollars and some options range from 200 to 300 dollars. Does anyone have experience with this (please only post if you have experience with this) and know of a cheaper way to do this? It would have to be online via a reputable agency or something. Thanks.
