I generally search for hosts using the tool. From the home page, at the top, select the drop-down "Find Hosts", then "Detroit". Enter the dates, click "More Filters". I defaults to hosts who are / maybe accepting guests. Then filter by Last Login Date: "In the Last Month". Or if it's more urgent, "In the last 24 hours". Then I contact the people with great reviews.
