Cycling in Dhaka
Hey dears! It's a government holiday and I'd love to hit the road and maybe see a tree or two somewhere outside the city center. Do you have any ideas on where to go? Your input is much appreciated :)

You can join their (https://www.facebook.com/BDCyclists) weekly road trips. They do it every Friday, starts from Parliament Building.
You can Visit Shadulla pur at Savar and Birulia at Manikgong Both are not so far from Dhaka . Sadulla pur Village famous for Rose Garden and birulia famous for Jamidarbari and beautiful village . if you like long trip than you can go Norail and visit those village where fisher man catch fish by using trained otters . Hi, I may recommend something different. Im not pretty sure if you ever had been to the North Bengal... Dhaka city life is good...but you know, you may try the taste of North Bengal too.. There are good air/train communications available here.......... Cycling along the beautiful barren roads of Nilphamari district might be a great idea, where you will have open fields stretching up to the horizons...... I myself had been to and lived for long in many countries being blessed with a military service....I always used to love the country roads and sides instead of Cities...!... I am an exploratory rider , a former activist of Bdcyclists (largest Facebook group in Bangladesh) , now a sports consultant.
I have had the opportunity to explore many parts of nearby Dhaka from the big Banyan tree , the water Lily swamps , the Portuguese church which is over 400 years old to more . Plus my whole family r cyclists including my mom to give you a prospective how much we love cycling .
