I can recommend the link that Nigel already sent you, as well as https://berlin.stillpointspaces.com/ and https://www.mittelweg50.com/, both are located in Neukolln... but be aware that most English speaking therapists are paid privately, I think 40EUR and more are the usual standard, but mosts therapists are able to offer a reduced fee if you are a student or in a difficult situation. Therapists that work with krankenkasse are unfortunately awfully full :(
These are all psychotherapists, not sure what service exactly are you looking for. In case you have an urgent problem, the closest Krisendienst in your area should be also able to assist you in English, provide a short intervetion and direct you on other services that could help.
