What is the best way to find spots where we can spend the night in our small camper van? Going to Nordkapp in June...
We plan a road trip with a small campervan (6m) to see the Midsummernight sun in Northern Scandinavia. We intend to travel from roughly 7 June to 8 July. We are looking for places where we can park our camper on private area so we will not need any sleeping quarters. We would like to plug in to your electricity and get some fresh water from you though.
We intend to travel through Denmark where we are looking for one-night stays in northern Zealand on the first and last nights. The rest of the trip will be up through Sweden and Finland, roughly along the route of Stockholm - Luleå - Palojoensuu and up to the North Cape. The return leg will be through Norway: Narvik - Trondheim - Oslo and via Gotenburg back into Denmark. We prefer rural locations outside the major cities and would love to hear your tips on where to go and what to see in your area. Further up North we prefer to stay two or three nights per stop so we have ample time to enjoy the sights and perhaps your company?
