Hello Joanna! You can look up for some hotel Spa Centers, like in Wellborn Luxury Hotel, Ramada Plaza Hotel or Imperial Deluxe. All of them have good Turkish Bath places. Hope you will enjoy it.

Hello joanna, of course there is traditional Turkish bath in izmit, and it is okay for woman to use it. I offer you Yazlık ılıcası in gölcük. It is orginal Turkish bath, There is cheaper then other and wonderful. Other spa otels are so expencive and I dont suggestion. Good enjoy
Turkish bath and thermal hotels near çınarcık / yalova are also recommendable...

I don't recommend the old one in Fethiye Caddesi. It's not clean enough.
I think the best Turkish bath in izmit is 'Ilıca' :) both cheap and comportable.
