You can book online taxi like uber / grab / gocar :)
there are hundreds flight from CGK (Jakarta) from 3 AM - 6 AM it's a24 hours airport.
so it would be easily to catch a cab to airport. I suggest you to order taxi by phone the taxi name is BLUEBIRD (official airport taxi) +6221 79171234
or simply hire an online taxi such GRAB or UBER to AIRPORT
my experience to book an UBER at 2 AM in the morning to catch my 5 AM flight.

Using online transportation like Grab, Uber or Go-Car is easier and I guess the price is cheaper.
That should be fine. You can call bluebird taxi at +622179171234 (which is the most reliable way to reach the airport) or simply use online taxi at anytime. Both options are safe. Have a safe trip!

you could grab go-BLuebird powered by gojek, it would call bluebird taxi and cheaper than usual Blue bird at 2 a.m. (at this time, i think there's no traffic jam in the highway). Or go-car (another option of taxi by gojek), grab-car, i don't recommend uber nowadays..
