Hi, Kiwan Park.
You want to have a camp near Ibusuki, don't you. You can make a camp near Kyuukason, 休暇村(https://www.qkamura.or.jp/ibusuki/camp/). Map: https://www.google.com/maps/place/%E4%BC%91%E6%9A%87%E6%9D%91+%E6%8C%87%E5%AE%BF/@31.262415,130.6589304,16z/data=!4m7!3m6!1s0x353e803c00912ef9:0x311575c17a5c1c32!5m1!1s2018-11-05!8m2!3d31.260136!4d130.659896
I do not know where we can buy stuffs for camping in Ibusuki city, or not. But there is a Xebio shop in OPSIA Misumi, a local shopping mall, in Kagoshima city. Ibusuki have a National Park Resort. https://www.qkamura.or.jp/en/ibusuki/ Website is here. The park have camp site, but the detail is still Japanese language only.
If the near Kagoshima City, I think Iwaya Park & Camp Site is good. http://www.iwayacamp.com/
And there are no sport equipment store like Xebio near Ibusuki. I recommend to buy them at Kagoshima City. Aeon Mall Kagoshima has some sport shops. http://kagoshima-aeonmall.com/
Enjoy!
Thanks a lot to your detailed answer! I will enjoy camping because of you!

I saw your profile and I knew you live in 持宿, I have one more question!
My friend and I go to 持宿 11月 11-12日, We want to go 開聞岳, 池田湖 .
Is it okay to go that place 2 days 1 night?
Any other place you recommend? (especially place we can enjoy Nature!)
And I heard 持宿's transportation is uncomfortable, can we borrow bicycle ??
Sorry, I have many questions... but if you answer me, it will be a great pleasure to me!!
I think 2days is okay, 1day is depends.Mt Kaimon and Lake Ikeda are close. But I heard that 5 hours to hike to Mt Kaimon ( I have not hike ever). 3hours to climb, 2hours to go down and I think it is good season to hike now. You know, transportation is uncomfortable. You might be better to use rental car, taxi or bus. ( http://www.ibusuki.or.jp/access/city/plan/ ) There are also some rental bicycle spots in Ibusuki but they have only few bicycles each. ( http://www.ibusuki.or.jp/access/iburin/ ) There are 4 at Kyukamura, 2 at Mt Kaimon.
If you want more information, please ask tourist information centre. ( http://ibusuki-guide.mobi/ ) my recommendations near Mt Kaimon are as follows Koryoen : the oldest herb garden in Japan. Most of fallen leaves are Ho-leaf. Hirakiki Shrine : beautiful shrine. Tosenkyo somen nagashi :unique style of serving noodles. Healthy land ibusuki : onsen with nice viewing. Sayuri : sand bath.
Have a nice trip!
Wow! Amazing Answer!! I'll certainly go those places you recommend.
