Hi! how can I get from Port of Spain to Point Fortin?

hi! I've found out that there's a Water taxi (at 6.45 am, and 15.30, 16.30 and 17.40) to San Fernando, and from then I have to take a taxi. Do you know if I can/should make a reservation for the water taxi? is there any better way to get to Point Fortin? thank you in advance!

You can also take a PTSC bus to San Fernando and then change into a Brown maxi (bus) that takes you to Port Fortin. You can also check out an app called TTRS or TTRideshare which is the local version of Uber that can take you directly to your destination point as another option.

Hi Lucia. You can purchase a ticket up to one week in advance for the intended date of your travel. You must purchase the ticket at the water taxi terminal. I highly recommend using the water taxi to first get to San Fernando and then using a taxi onwards to Point Fortin.
