You can do hiking but there are spots that require snowshoe... Live music ? Yes but it's just british pop lol because meribel is english ha ha... Me am musician, i do funk, afro, groove but unfortunely no places for these styles...

Hi Amapola! Thanks for your message it's a real shame that i just saw it now. We left Meribel last sunday and we are back to Spain now. I went with my boyfriend's family (who are British by the way) and we didn't know that it was an English place. I was hoping to get to know a bit more about France culture and French people but i didnt have a chance in Meribel. Although it was a beautiful pleace, I founded a bit sad being in France surrendered by english people, eating english food and listening english pop music. Also a shame that they there is no place for funk, afro, groove music. I would have loved. I want to come back to French Alps (maybe in summer to do some hiking) but i wanna go to a real France place. Any recommendations? Many thanks for everything Amapola!
