Anilao

Hello guys, I want to go to Anilao somes days starting dec 20. I want to stay there 2-3 days for diving and I'm looking for a cheap place to stay. The cheapest that I found now is about 1250 P... but good for 2 and I'm alone. So maybe do you know a place with single rooms or dormitory or any else solution.

Just got back from Anilao last night, there's a place called Anilao backpackers. I think its just 500/night.

Hi Hélène,

I agree with Carmi on Anilao backpackers. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Price is very cheap too.

If you want to dive though, I would also recommend going to Sabang, Puerto Galera. That's about an hour away by boat from Batangas (Anilao). Diving there can be considerably cheaper if you're diving alone and rooms can get as low as P300. Dive sites at Sabang are only about 3-10 minutes from the shore. If you're planning to go there, I recommend checking out Dive Dojo and Sabang Fun Divers(sabangfundivers.com). For accommodations, check out Big Apple(www.divebigapple.com). For the price of P500, you can get a spacious private room. You might want to call ahead to check for availability though.

Thank you very much for the advices. Finally plans are changed, and don't go no more to Anilao for this time, but keep the informations for later. But I already call Anilao Backpakers ans they don't gave me the same price as you. Maybe beacaue it was already late.
