Hi Anastasia! In my opinion, there aren't too many non-touristy parts left on Oahu, as you will often find tourists everywhere due to the sharing of these places on the various social media platforms. I would say the further you get away from Waikiki, the less tourists you will see. Other than that, Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden is a great place to walk around, as well as the other smaller Botanical Gardens. Of course there is the Hawaii Nature Center, which I haven't been to :/ so I dont know much about it. There is also the Lyon Arboretum which is a great place to be one with nature. I'm guessing you aren't interested in hiking as much as you are walking, but a lot of the hikes are beautiful for walking as well and depending on which ones you do, you can stay on a generally flat surface while enjoying the surrounding beauty. For example: Manoa Falls Trail(lots of tourists) but lush green surroundings, Lulumahu Falls(less touristy)better lush surroundings. Just to name a few.
