Are you still looking for a room? I live in golfe juan in a ground floor apartment with 200sq metres of garden. I have a basement room 26 sq metres which is available from now until 27th July. It is sharing a kitchen and bathroom with me. The apartment is 5 mins from the 200 bus that goes from Cannes to Nice and a 18 minute walk to the train. I could rent it within your budget.
