get a hired car and driver from De Georgia Motors in Achimota Accra for a day or two cost depend on kind of car you choose. the car can take you round where ever you want to go. after your trip you return it.
Get a vehicle from a car rental company or a private bus operator like STC Checkout https://stc.gov.gh/fares/
Car rentals are expensive though

Four buses a day head to Cape Coast from Accra's main STC station on the Ring Road, costing around US$10. Departure time 8.30am GMT and 2.30pm GMT. You could drive west along the coastal road from Accra if you rent a car (https://ghana-car-rentals.com/). The journey takes between two and three hours, slowed by umpteen speed bumps en route. Frequent tro tros (bus) drive the few kilometres between Elmina and Cape Coast. When getting back from Elmina, hop into a shared taxi in the Chapel Square area.
