Looking for volunteer opportunities and free English classes in Philadelphia or another cities

Nowadays, I’m looking for ways to stay in USA and and support myself on my own, because I want to stay for a long time to learn English.

I need to find a place, where I can sign up as a volunteer and receive accommodation and food in exchange for volunteer work and still have time to study English. I plan to stay in the United States for 3 to 6 months to learn English.

If you know of any place that offers free English classes, please let me know. In some states, I found City Colleges and in New York it seems that CUNY offers free English classes for foreigners.
