Frankfurt - Banjul
Dear Couchsurfers, Because of a friend I met in Germany I became a fan of The Gambia. We founded the NGO Heart4Gambia a couple of weeks ago. We will show and help villagers how to preserve fruits in a solar dehydrator and in solar oven. I will bring some tools to drill boreholes, to operate a well with solar panels, to farm bamboo for making needed tools - even build houses, to cook jam & chutney, to learn how to cook in the solar oven, to create a new value adding chain in The Gambia. So I bought 2 cars and a and the tools I will need, I am looking for friends who like to drive with me from Frankfurt to Banjul - about 6000 km only.
Also I need hosts for one night on my way south.
Please tell what you think, any recommendation, any support is very welcome.
