If you are going at this time (off peak) from NAIA1, your Grab car ride would be around PhP450 one way. If you're going during peak hours, a Grab car ride could reach PhP700 one way. Lunch would probably be PhP200-300 in a restaurant. Your ride could be 10-20% cheaper on a taxi.
Taxis in the Philippines are almost never cheaper than grab.
A taxi could be around USD 10.
You may use an app called GrabTaxi since Uber was discontinued.
A very very nice meal near the airport could range from 8-15usd.
Would recommend to eat in a mall called Mall of Asia which is near the airport and by the bay.
Intramuros does not have many places to enjoy a nice meal.

If you’re only going to carry one backpack and a much smaller bag, we have a motorcycle-hailing app called Angkas. It is much cheaper than Grab (would probably only cost about 200 or less one way) plus it can get you through the awful traffic in Metro Manila. With Angkas, PHP 2,000 would be more than enough to cover transpo, food, and other stuff you might want to buy.
If you intend to take the trains (take a bus loop to MRT from the airport), then use the MRT up to Central station, then take a jeepney to Intramurous, the approximate fares would be less than a hundred peso, per way. Lunch at intramuros would be around 300-500 in a restaurant inside the walls. Enjoy!
