From San Juan airport to the San Juan port you can take an uber. Easiest way to get from San Juan to Aguadilla is renting a car. If not you can take the Blue Line but it gets out from Río Piedras and I think you have to make a reservation. Theres is also Línea Sultana that goes from San Juan to Mayaguez and I think they make a stop in Aguadilla. They make diferent trips every day. You also have to reserve.

-Maria del Mar, the airport is a "touristic area", so Uber is not available.
-PINAYGIRL, you can take a taxi to get outside the airport and then request an Uber, Uber can take you to the port, but it cannot pick customers in some touristic areas.
That rule changed in May. Uber can now pick up and leave people at the airport.

Take ama bus to covadonga bus terminal which is across street from pier 4 . total cost 0.75 USD. Bus runs from 6:00am to 8:00pm.
