I have a pretty cool spot that is just about to search for a new roomie. Are you in SLO now? I do airbnb and cs but need a paying roomie as well. Pete Here is some info: Very arty sitch. Looking for that rare breed of person who honors honesty and cooperation. Very liberal/progressive politics/lifestyle but we have no patience for slackers or slobs. Taking personal responsibility for our actions/inactions is critical to life here.

Furnished room, utilities included. Available now. This is a community minded house, we share some time, chores, food and good vibes.

Custom construction and furnishings. The household is rustic and clean, shared with humans, two small dogs and a cat. More pets OK, but no aggressive breeds.

We have a washer and dry on the line, letting the sun do the work, just a part of our conservation routine. Wood heater, cable wireless and lots of windows. Great views of the San Luis Valley with sunsets in plain sight all year long. The property is a maze of walkways, decks and trees with some projects in progress.

Good communication and resource conservation are practiced here (real conservation, not just simple recycling); mutual respect and basic good manners (like honesty and personal accountability) are critical. We share two dinners each week. Special place looking for thoughtful (fun, tidy, cooperative etc) people. 420 friendly-NO DRAMA QUEENS. Don't ask if the space is available, I take the ad down when it no longer applies.

I go beyond wanting to live with non slobs. I can't live with those whose personal space is messy. We all share keeping the commons in good shape and have enough respect for ourselves to keep our rooms nice. There are many ways to conduct our lives, living in neglect of our nest is not one I respect.

Hello Pete, can you tell me (or write to me into pm) how much approx. are prices of a room on that area ? (pismo beach). Me and my bf, we d love to come and work there for summer but everybody says that its almost impossible to find a an affordable living there. Where did you find yours? I d like to have a picture of how much do I need (the less possbile).
