If you need to travel to Guatemala, there's a bus terminal in San Pedro Sula officially called "Gran Central Metropolitana" or known simply as "la terminal" by us, the locals.
It is my understanding that TicaBus, a major company transportation company, has a this terminal as the starting point for trips to major Central American cities. You'll find their office here too.
