We will be coming to Cape Verde via boat - is it possible to get a VISA from any port ?
We will be couchsailing / boat hopping to Cape Verde in Febuary so we need to know if it's possible to get a visa in any port on arrival ? Because on the websites we only see it possible to get it on arrival by airplane, which we won't be taking... If any of you can help us out, we would be very much obliged !
