You need russian visa. U can enter Crimea only through Russia, Ukrainian border is closed for foreigners.

also you can visit crimea from moscow. And from Ukraine too, but only on bus not a plane

You need Russian visa, if you gonna arrive from Russian border. From Ukranian side - no way!
