Google Maps can do a good job at planning your route!
Just enter your location and where you wanna go and it will plan the trip for you.
You want to discover bus lines or just find the route? The former you can probably find somewhere on sl.se, for the latter just type in the start/end point in Google Maps or sl.se's route planner and you'll get the results.
Use this site where you can search for either an address or a station name (if you have either). Can't give specific advice as I don't know exactly where in Hammarbyhamnen you are (which side of the water for example) or where you want to go ("T-Centralen" would be the obvious search if you consider the subway/metro over bus).
