Looking for an Honest Local Fixer in Guria (House buy search)
Gamarjoba! We are a couple from Europe, currently in Guria, looking to buy a piece of land with mandarine trees and a traditional oda house (Natanebi / Ozurgeti area, not seaside resorts).
We need an honest local fixer (Georgian citizen) to join us in villages, ask about houses for sale, and help us avoid inflated “foreigner prices.” We have a car, are willing to pay, and prefer someone who speaks English and has an open mindset. Best someone who is already based in this area not from Tbilisi or Kaheti as its logistically complicated.
