Where is a convenient/cheap/free place to park my car when I fly from Tallahassee Airport?

Dear CS-Community, as my flight departures from the Tallahassee Airport and I need a good place to park for 6 days, I wanted to know whether for instance the free museum lot makes sense or would they tow my car? I am more than open for other suggestions. Would take an uber/lift to the airport. Do not like to pay so much money just for parking. Best, Teresa :)

Hey, I hope I'm not too late!

You can park (safely and freely) at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering without free of being towed. There is plenty of parking and isn't too far from the airport. Another option is any parking garage on FSU's campus. If you need help, feel free to send me a message!

thank you so much for your answer and no, it is not too late :) It is a really good idea! I checked their homepage as well and it states that you need a permit to park at FSU Campus. However, that is probably not of importance over New Year for 5 days, is it? :)

It probably isn't! But the Saint Augustine parking garage, near the stadium and College Town, is especially known for having visitors park there and being open to the general public, so you should feel comfortable parking there! It's free and spacious.

I also contacted them and they answered, but unfortunately too late for me in this case. However, I'd like to share it: During the university break the FSU office of transportation and parking services is not open and thus not enforcing parking permit requirements. You could contact them in case you encountered any issues when parking during the break. Maybe this helps somebody in the future :)

Hey, Teresa, Which days do you need to park it? I am away, but you might be able to park it in my garage.
