My flat is free on September the 1st, or you could pay me my last week " 25-31", taking it next week. It is central , Rr e Kavajes neighborhood., 180 euro plus utilities.

Mostly everyone will try to start off asking 300 euros a month, so just kindly tell them what you want to pay in LEK. 200 euros = 2 bed room apartment inside ring (unaza e re), 80-170 near the outside of town, 100 in student city (qyteti studenti), 180 for 1 bedroom near city center. I was also wondering how much the rent is in Tirana. I am looking for a furnished room or furnished studio for 1 month in May. Area, blloku . My max budget is 200 euro for one month. Can I find for this budget a studio in blloku or is it more realistic to look for a room? And what is the best place to find accommodation for short term. Airbnb is not so much choice or expensive. Thanks
