You can go on any high points :

• observatoire, jolimont (better to find a tall building)

• the terrasse on the top of shop "Galeries Lafayette"

• parc de Pech David

I would also advise some of the tall buildings from the 70's

• 2 boulevard d'Arcole above decathlon, (you'll need to know someone)

• 44 Allées Charles de Fitte, the corridors are open on the back of the building (the building is full of people, you won't wait more than a minute to get in) Any tall building, just ring and kindly explain you want to take a picture, they might let you in.

I agree with the top comment by Sebastien...or if you can get to the top of the multistorey car park at carmes, that's a nice view. Although you'll have to walk up the car ramp or wait for someone with a car parking ticket and then you'll be able to get in and take the lift

From the top of “galerie lafayette” ( mall) Or above the rangueil hospital —> green zone Pech David the best 😊

You can go, too, at the top of the Victor Hugo parking, over a good market. And, even with a bus if you have no car to Pech David, after the riding centre.
