I'm planning to visit Australia around May next year. Is ther anything to do in Wollongong other than Skydiving?

So much! Lookup sublime point, bombo quarry, saddleback mountain view, murals/wonderwalls, Kiama coast walk... just some ideas. Most of which it's helpful to have a car to get to.
Mount Keira lookout, Mount Kembla summit track, or the beaches. Check Port Kembla's Hill 60 area, nice beach there and a network of tunnels you can explore, which was used during WW2, it's called Illowra Battery.
There's a world-famous surf break at Sandon Point and lots of surfing coaches if you've never surfed but want to have a go. The beaches are beautiful and the cafes and gig scene is much better than it used to be.
The Nan Tian Temple is also worth a visit.
Plenty of small nightlife hotspots, depending on what you like?
look up, Howlin' Wolf Bar (whiskey bar with live music), The Little Prince bar (trendy bar with great food and cocktails, in laneway with other cafes and desert places), Dagwood, The Throsby (great wine and cheese), Humber (glitzy rooftop bar and cafe), Town Hall Chambers (food bar music), RAD (raucous live music small bar), Dicey Riley's Hotel (traditional Aussie pub with rock music, and interesting clientele ha ha), Corrimal Hotel (saturday arvo Jazz bands), Beaches Hotel ( in thirroul, broad aussie pub with beachy feel and laid-back people), Anita's Theatre (bigger venue where touring acts play), go hang out in Thirroul near the beach and loads of cafes, Lots of small pockets of arty stuff going on, Project Artspace, The Timbermill Studios, Moving Mountains Gallery, Red Point Artists Association (great cafes in that area too), plenty of beaches and sea pools on the coast, drive the coastal road from sydney to wollongong or catch the train and sit on the sea side...
