You can try to write them everywhere you can and suggest to meet and talk about photography to share experience. I am sure that some of them can speak English. There is no doubt that many of them will be happy to spend time with an Italian photographer to know about your experience. My favorite places in Ekaterinburg are Mayakovskogo park (https://goo.gl/maps/KpK1NZ5E7Gz ) It's a park and a favorite place of many Ekaterinburg people to rest in summer.
