Plane or car. I only travelled by bus once and I would not do it again.
The fastest and easiest way is the plane. Direct flight, 45 min, tickets from around 40€ one way.
I would also recommend a plane 'cause it will take cca 10hours by bus.
Plane is definitely the easiest way. I would not suggest you bus because it take's to much and it's not so cheap. I don't know what your dates are but check the prices on skyscanner for plane, sometimes one way can be around 40-50 euros.
I forgot, try to check blablacar for some other options.
Plane, definitively the best and fastest choice, but should be considered that it happens as it is winter that planes sometimes can't land there - because of severe wind.
