Travel is more than sightseeing. It's about stepping into local life, sharing your talents, and creating something beautiful together. Who We Are A cultural salon studio in Nanshan, Shenzhen. We host cross-cultural events, film real stories, and share them on YouTube & TikTok. Who Is the Founder Hi, Baozi is the Founder. He has hosted 30+ international travelers for free — and it inspired me to build this global community. (Also a licensed Chinese lawyer, CPA & tax agent — happy to help with local advice if needed.) What We Do English corners · cultural salons · board games · movie nights · team-building · outdoor adventures · and more! Who We're Looking For Co-creators, not "workers." We hope you are: Willing to contribute ~4hrs/day, 5 days/week to community building Kind, fun, with a sharing spirit Fluent in English (native/near-native preferred) University graduate Open to video shoots (published online, always respectful) Have a basic travel budget (~100 RMB/$14 per day)
