Hola Mohalla, to be celebrated from 23 -25 March 2027, is an ancient 300-year-old heritage festival of Punjab dedicated to the warrior heritage of Punjab, India. Stories and songs about the life, valour and wisdom of the ten Sikh Gurus, are told and recited. In 1701, Guru Gobind Singh held the first procession at Anandpur Sahib. Sikh warriors (Nihang Sikhs) display their physical strength using sword fight, archery and riding unsaddled speeding horses.
