I’m a solo traveler and photographer, I don’t see travel as an escape or a collection of destinations. What interests me are the quiet edges of places — everyday routines, unremarkable streets, people in between chapters of their lives. I photograph and write to remember these moments📷 Some days are spent walking aimlessly, some in conversation, some simply observing. I value kitchens more than landmarks, shared meals more than guided tours, and honesty more than enthusiasm. I also really enjoy doing crazy things, hiking, camping or any thing can make me feel alive.let see what we can do together, always up to all different new experience! Staying with someone, for me, isn’t about accommodation. for me it's like a brief overlap of lives: exchanging stories, perspectives, and time. I’m respectful of space, comfortable with silence, and independent in daily life.Whether we end up talking for hours, cooking together, or just sharing a coffee and continuing on our separate ways, I appreciate the encounter for what it is — temporary, sincere, and enough. Don't worry about me at all. I usually bring my own sleeping bag and tent when I travel, so anywhere, even if you let me sleep in your yard (which I often did in Africa), or sleep in the mosque 🕌 as long as i'm alive, i will be fine. The world moves fast and speaks loudly. I try to move slowly, listen carefully Must admit that my English is not very good but two kind souls will always understand each other's by a simple smile. Hope see you guys soon 🍷 需要沙发主推荐、旅行经验分享、任何我能帮助的: wechat :sooooonice-Don 去拥抱世界 旅途愉快!🍺 ———————【🌍】——————— 2017:[Nepal🇳🇵] 2018:[Vietnam 🇻🇳] [Cambodia🇰🇭] [Laos🇱🇦] [Thailand🇹🇭] [Sri Lanka🇱🇰] [Nepal🇳🇵] 2018:[Thailand🇹🇭] [ Nepal🇳🇵] 2019:[Nepal🇳🇵] 2020:[Thailand🇹🇭] March 2020-January 2023 Coronavirus time 🦠 2023-24:[Nepal🇳🇵] [United Arab Emirates🇦🇪] [Tanzania🇹🇿] [Rwanda🇷🇼] [Uganda🇺🇬] [Kenya🇰🇪] [Ethiopia🇪🇹] [Egypt🇪🇬] [Jordan🇯🇴] [Iraq🇮🇶][Türkey🇹🇷][Georgia🇬🇪] [Armeinia 🇦🇲][Iran🇮🇷][Afganistan🇦🇫][Pakistan🇵🇰][Qatar🇶🇦] 2025-26:[Thailand🇹🇭][South Korea🇰🇷][USA🇺🇸][Mexico🇲🇽][Gutemala🇲🇽][El Salvador🇸🇻][Honduras🇭🇳][Nicaragua🇳🇮][Costa rica🇨🇷]
CURRENT MISSION Enjoying your life. ABOUT ME Nice to meet you in all of the world of any corner. If I am in Wuhan I’d like to host people who really interest in the local culture. And I do wanna explore more different cultures in the world. PHILOSOPHY Live in the moment.
CURRENT MISSION Meet lots of people, geocache, and to collect post cards from around the world! ABOUT ME My wife and I have moved to China My blog (not updated in forever)- http://www.tuminblog.com/ If you would like to check out my wife's couchsurfing page - https://www.couchsurfing.org/people/ameriserei I am an avid geocacher, would love to show people new caches in my area and find caches when I travel -I get a lot of requests, to increase your odds of being able to stay, please read - A few notes about my wife and I, and what you can do to increase the chance of being able to stay with us: 1. We rarely take a surfer for more than a few days. If you are looking for weeks or months, the odds are against you. 2. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment complex. 3. We both work early in the morning. We usually go to bed around 11pm and the walls are quite thin, That being said, I will be very honest and say that anyone who uses the words "party" or "chill" usually will get a "no" response. 4. Any use of illegal drug will get you sent away, with the possibility that I will call the police. I am here on a work visa. I will not risk any of that so that you can party. 5. I read through almost all references of any potential couch surfer. If you have no references, that is understandable, but you should have pictures and a well filled out profile. I know that it is hard when you get started in this community (before people start vouching for you), but you should at least be willing to put a lot of information about you on your page. 6. Don't be preachy. I love to talk about philosophy, religion, anything really, but don't try to convert me. No, we are not vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, religious, etc. I don't mind if you are, but please don't take it upon yourself to convert us. :) PHILOSOPHY To explore and see new things

Hi! I’m Qiuyi (Autumn), u can call me “QQ”,"ee""joy",whatever u want,i m a design student from China. I've always felt that there's a distance between ourselves and the world, and travel makes that distance impossible to ignore. It reminds me not to trust any single narrative too quickly, and not to be too certain about what I think I know. I don't travel to find answers—I travel to listen. I love meeting people who actually live in the places I visit and hearing how they talk about their cities, families, languages, identities, and memories. I'd rather understand a place through everyday conversations than through headlines, guidebooks, or tourist attractions. I believe that some of the most meaningful stories are hidden in ordinary life. I'm interested in individual expression and deeply enjoy diasporic literature because it constantly asks how migration, memory, identity, and culture shape our lives. I also care about LGBTQ+ rights, and wherever I travel, I hope to hear local voices about how people express themselves, love, and build communities.I hope to hear local voices and personal experiences instead of only official narratives or tourist stories. The more I travel, the more convinced I become that ignorance is not something to fear. It means there is still room for curiosity, listening, and change. My very first Couchsurfing host welcomed me before I had any references and simply asked me to pass that kindness on someday. I've never forgotten those words, and I hope I can do the same for others. My English isn't perfect, but I'll always do my best to listen carefully and communicate sincerely. And if we meet, I'd love to cook you a homemade Chinese meal. 🥹
I was an architect for twelve years. I studied and worked in Barcelona for six years, then came back to my hometown Wuhan. I recently started working at a university, doing research on urban morphology, which is how cities are built and how they change. I like wandering around neighborhoods with no plan. I can walk for hours and not get bored. I'm quiet. I also like cooking.
I am adventures person
Hi! I'm Alice (Chen Fan), from Wuhan, China. I’m currently working as an foreign affairs assistant in AI governance in at the Institute for AI International Governance of Tsinghua University (I-AIIG). I live in Beijing. I’m truly passionate about international communication and exploring different cultures. I began learning Spanish as a hobby in 2016. I completed my master’s degree in Health Science and Sociology at Tsinghua University, graduating in June 2024. I have a wide range of hobbies that keep me both entertained and active, including watching TV shows, reading, playing billiards, surfing, rugby, swimming, photography, ice skating, people-watching and house-watching (not a curtain-twitcher, I promise—I just have a keen interest in interior design and sociology), ballroom dancing, karaoke, and more. In terms of personality, I’d describe myself as polite, respectful, and a bit shy at first (though if we hit it off straight away, you wouldn’t think so! My friends often don’t believe I’m actually an introvert). I’m rather nerdy (you might expect), inquisitive, open-minded, adaptable, and curious, with a strong interest in learning about people and their perspectives. I’m always eager to engage in meaningful conversations and experience!
