MISSION: Collecting stories, experiences and friendships from all over the world. I believe the best souvenirs aren’t things you bring home: they’re the people you meet along the way. ABOUT ME: I’m Saša. Originally from London, I’ve been living in Parma for many years, where I work in security for a European agency. My job is analytical, but outside work I’m driven almost entirely by curiosity. I love discovering places that don’t appear in guidebooks, spending entire days hiking in the mountains, taking photographs, wandering through cities with no particular destination and having conversations that unexpectedly last until two in the morning. I probably own too much camera equipment, never have enough books waiting to be read, and I’m always planning my next adventure—even if it’s only an hour away from home. One thing I’ve learned after years of Couchsurfing is that almost everyone has an interesting story if you take the time to listen.

Sono abruzzese ma vivo a Parma. Curiosa, indipendente e ironica, amo viaggiare, il cinema, la musica e conoscere persone e culture diverse. La danza ha sempre fatto parte della mia vita, sono cresciuta con la danza classica e oggi pratico pole dance. Faccio anche parte di un’associazione giovanile con cui organizziamo eventi e iniziative culturali e sociali in città. Amo i posti poco turistici, le conversazioni che nascono per caso e collezionare esperienze e storie più che cose.

I learned something new from every place i go and people i met: my current mission is keep doing it in the future. I’m an architect, i live in Parma.

ABOUT ME In 2014 on October I obtained a masters degree in Sociology at the University of Urbino. In November I decided to leave for Ireland to improve my English where then I lived for 4 years and I've worked for Airbnb. I've moved in 2018 to Australia where I lived one year and now I’m currently in Italy. I love travelling, going to concerts and museums, in particular art-galleries and everything about communication, marketing and design. I have a great passion for Yoga, Lego, the world of 3D printers and DIY. PHILOSOPHY The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.
