🌍 About Me Radiographer by profession, photographer by passion, and adventurer at heart! People often say I’m easy-going, humorous, and deeply curious about the world. I speak Italian, Spanish, and English, and I'm always down for a good laugh, a deep conversation, or a spontaneous adventure. 🧳 My Travel Journey My love for travel began with an Erasmus in Valencia, where I picked up Spanish and caught the travel bug. After graduating, I studied English in San Diego (California), making friends from all over the world. This journey later led me to live and work in the UK and, of course, to explore as much as I could along the way! I’ve backpacked across more than 40 countries, from South America to Southeast Asia, India to the Far East, and North Africa to the Middle East. I always seek out the less-traveled paths and authentic local experiences. A few highlights? I’ve slept in temples, fished shrimps in Vietnam, hiked jungles with locals, fed elephants, and even got bitten by a monkey! 🐒 🏠 Hospitality & Couchsurfing Philosophy To me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about a free place to sleep; it’s about sharing stories, exchanging cultures, and stepping out of your comfort zone. In fact, Couchsurfing inspired me so much that it changed my life path: since December 2023, I run a boutique hospitality business, managing two tourist suites in my hometown, Perugia. Everything I learned from being hosted around the world (the warmth, the local tips, and the genuine human connection) is exactly what I put into welcoming my guests today.
