I consider myself very open-minded, non-judgemental, tend to be spontaneous, enthusiastic, energetic and smiley. I am not afraid of not fitting in, and even like to go against expectations. I am passionate about the environment and sustainability, try to reduce my impact on the planet and lead a vegetarian lifestyle. I absolutely love to dance zouk/salsa/bachata/kizomba, play ultimate frisbee, but also do other activities whenever opportunity comes up (hiking, acroyoga, playing guitar,...) --------------------- Curiosa, aventurera, siempre buscando nuevas experiencias. Salir de mi zona de comodidad, me hizo en la persona que soy hoy en dia. Por si mismo lo sigo haciendo y disfrutando el tiempo en este planeta precioso. Me considero muy abierta, sin prejuicios, espontanea, entusiasmada y sonriente. Ser diferente no me da miedo y de hecho me gusta hacer cosas que no se esperan. Me apasiona el medioambiente y sostenibilidad. Intento tener poco impacto en nuestro planeta y llevar una vida vegetariana. Me encanta bailar zouk/salsa/bachata/kizomba, juego ultimate frisbee pero tambien muchas otra actividades cuando haya oportunidad (senderismo, acroyoga, tocar la guitarra,...)

Hello everyone! We are Kaja and Matic, travellers from Slovenia. We quit our jobs and are on a mission to visit Asia, Oceania, and the Americas with little to no flights, basically using only public transportation and hitchiking. Currently, we are in Japan and are slowly turning towards the SE Asia. We are looking for friendly and open-minded people that can offer to host us, give local advice, or simply hang out! We can offer travel stories, cook a meal, or be drinking buddies in return. If you are able to offer a couch or an advice, we would really appreciate it! I'm a dad with two boys and a big apartment. I've travelled here and there, but the boys are yet to experience that. And lately I'm busy to a degree that neither can I spend time entertaining them as much as I want nor can I take them places as often as I want. So, dear traveler, your visit is valued.Every time you come and share your stories it is almost as if they have traveled to where you have been. I have been a scientist, a software engineer and inventor, had spiritual experience most people (probably) wouldn't have in their lives, I play guitar and sing. None of this defines me but it does define topics for easy conversation. For some of you this might be interesting: I have invented a way to solve housing problems where they are the most pressing and help climate at the same time. Trying to make it a reality. It's a semi-secret for now, but I'll tell you if we meet and you ask. What I like: I like open minded people in general, the seekers, most scientists and spiritual practitioners. Kids, adults, systems, nature, people, solitude, music, silence, walking, meditating. I like or love countless things because i like liking and loving (: I love the whole world and being part of it. What I don't Like: Hatred. I really do not enjoy being near rude people, chauvinists and car fanatics. Cars. Oil industry. Media. War/guns/violence. Being near overdrunk people. Stubbornness in stupidity. Arrogance, defensiveness, inability to take accountability or consider systems larger than one's own life. For some time I have been using the following as a guiding principle (but life maintenance happens to get in the way). If you don't know what to do with your life: 1)do everything to preserve and propagate (in time) the life 2)do everything to preserve and propagate the knowledge ( the sum of the knowledge of the mankind) Because both are rare in the universe and took a long time to develop to their current levels

CURRENTLY CANNOT HOST BECUSE AM TRAVELING. Trying my best to follow the stream of life where it takes me. Hoping to meet many different people to share and learn about life and the world from each other. I enjoy nature and like to visit secluded places. Historical towns and modern cities have their place in my hearth also.

I come from MADEIRA island, from PORTUGAL. (Cristiano Ronaldo was born there) I'm currently doing ERASMUS in Maribor, Slovenia. I was a volunteer on Madeira Erasmus Student Network for two years. Sharing and hearing stories are the best !
