CURRENT MISSION Learning, eating delicious food, spending time with unique people, exploring the outdoors, traveling, finding common ground, building/creating/solving with people, a good book on a shady porch, growing plants, the ocean! Emily: Enforcing civil rights, expanding opportunities, and empowering people with disabilities. I work at a national legal advocacy center for people with disabilities and couldn't love my work more. Nate: Mechanical engineering who simulates air flow over wind turbine blades. Looking for any excuse to get away from his computer and play some music or cook you a meal. Elliot (4): Endless questions and jokes. Guaranteed to help you appreciate the wonder of any new adventure. Oliver (2): walking, running, climbing, laughing, talking and discovering the world for the first time. ABOUT ME We moved to Albuquerque in the middle of the pandemic and are still getting to know the city. We're working, climbing, escaping to the mountains, hosting dinner parties, finding new adventures.

I love meeting people from different backgrounds and places. My favorite part of traveling is the new conversations and experiences I have with people along the way. I've been hosted by incredibly generous people who have opened up their homes and shared their lives with me - I appreciate the opportunity to host people and give back some of what I've received.
