I am a fairly experienced couchsurfer, started it in the old pre-app-and-smartphone times but still like it. I am on Bewelcome as well. Forced to focus on hosting just now and for me it's sort of a substitute for traveling. I like meeting people like most of us and CS is a good way of putting it in practice

I used to play percussion instruments from different cultures (African, Latin, Arab, Spanish, Irish) and as a natural consequence of that my favourite kind of music is...world music...or maybe it was other way round, I can't remember... When it comes to books I prefer non-fiction over fiction but generally I don't read as much as I would like to but Yuval Noah Harari is worth to mention here I am not a big cinema fan generally prefer documentaries, interviews, lectures, comedy shows etc although I don't say no to a decent movie sometimes but the problem for me is with finding one. I watch Joe Rogan, hopefully this doesn't put any label on me
