I'd love to meet you and look forward to whatever adventures we may share. Personally, I love the unknown. Perhaps that is one of the most appealing things to me about travel. When I started this profile I had never left the country. Now I am proud to say I have lived for 11 months in my station wagon in New Zealand, hitchhiked and happened about for 3 months on the Big Island, Hawaii, culture shocked and found myself in S. East Asia and recently returned from Latin America after a 6 month serendipitously spiritual journey. Now I know I shall never live a life of monotony and/or routine. Though there are many ebbs & flows on this roller coaster called life, I have made a choice to shine and enjoy every moment. PHILOSOPHY One can not be lost if they have no destination?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have been fortunate enough to both "surf" and host kindred travel folk. The discussion boards have been a great tool for meeting with folk to grab a beer or participate in some random cultural event. While home in Buffalo, NY I would love to show people around because it is unique and amazing. Couch surfing is the greatest resource for growth in every facet. Ultimately I am looking to find a solid base of couch's that I can use while traveling this fine world. I will use the couch as a window into the cultures and customs of the place I visit. Not to mention gain great friendships and a bit of a safe and cozy feeling while traveling as a solo. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Always inspiring and a wild adventure between people and place. Whether lazing on the beach, being given keys to someones car, taking care of new furry friends, meeting cs-ers at a concert or gathering for beers, this site is an amazing resource. My all time favorite is traveling solo, feeling a bit weary, and out of the blue, meeting a friendly and different new face to bond with.

Everything and anything can be interesting. Art, music, journaling, leaf collecting, baking, animals of all shapes and size, reading and basically anything exhibiting passion. Like... collecting things, antiques, did i say animals, snow, rain, hiking, kayaking, dancing, change of seasons, time and moods. Oh and traveling of course.
